I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
The heart is the mind in Scriptural metaphor. It is the seat of emotion, will, thought and consideration. To give thanks with the whole heart involves feeling grateful, deciding to act grateful, thinking about the wonderful deeds of the Lord and considering the meaning of his decisions and actions toward us.
To give thanks with all the heart requires dedicating everything to a posture of gratitude toward the Lord. How can we better align ourselves with this attitude of the heart?
