I will help you.

Pause for a moment and read the passage again.

If God is holding your right hand (the dominant hand for most of us) what kind of help is he giving you?

When your main hand is occupied, there’s not much you can do. So God is not helping by guiding, coaching, or even strengthening us as we do our tasks but taking over and doing for us.

God says, “I will help you.” Are you trying to let go of his hand?
