And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, and do not keep worrying. For all these things are what the nations of the world eagerly seek; and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek His kingdom, and these things will be provided to you. Do not be afraid, little flock, because your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom.

Luke 12:29-32

Imagine that; the little flock is given a kingdom. From the first days of Abraham wandering Canaan until Jesus’ ministry, no promise has ever been greater. The unworthy, by the grace of the Creator, receive His eternal kingdom, not from our own status or power or wisdom or hard work, but because God has chosen to provide for us. He gives us what we need. What more could we ask for?
