Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

1 Corinthians 13:6-7

Love doesn’t just protect; love always protects. Whether the danger is inside or outside, big or small, visible or imaginary. Love always protects.

Love doesn’t only trust; love always trusts. Whether the person is far away or close, well known or a stranger, kind or cruel. Love always trusts.

Love doesn’t simply hope; love always hopes. Whether peace is a deep breath away or on the other side of a battle, enjoyed in good company or clutched in moments alone, abundant or seldom seen. Love always hopes.

Love doesn’t merely persevere; love always perseveres. Whether the end is near or we have a long road ahead, an easy path or a rocky one, fair weather or storms. Love always perseveres.

So love, always.
