Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.

Exodus 19:5-6a

Obedience to God is almost a shameful thing to be hidden in the modern perspective; the freedom and individuality of a person are not to be infringed, even by the Creator Himself. To the Spiritual person, however, obedience is a result of faith. It is not an imposition to us to oblige the requests of our savior.

In that case, if we truly want to be special, we should learn from the bad example of the Israelites Moses was leading when this word came to them from God. They were grumblers, faultfinders, never satisfied. We should learn to be content in the faith, knowing that if we obey God, we are his treasure.
