“If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.” Matthew 15:18

We talk about grace in the spiritual sense as being personal, almost abstract. The forgiveness God shows to us can certainly be so deep it is hard to express. What is much easier to grasp is the forgiveness we can show to one another as believers. It comes in the form of the things we say to one another.

We have the capacity as Christians to be examples of God’s grace not only to the world but to one another. Let’s put this most sacred principle into practice.

God our Father, help me to forgive as you have forgiven and to point to the Grace I know through you by the ways that I treat my fellow Christians. Amen
